Thanataphobia: Origins

You....you have been given the chance to correct the course of history in this @#$% up world, these are origins, far in the past, time of the Cities of Sin...the Gods Domain, long before the fall of all good, watch Silvara be quelled and claw her way back up, see Death purge all the great nations of lore. Change the course of all history, correct the mistakes of your descendants!

Factions

Good

- Conformists: Those left behind in the Gods Domain, abandoned by former brethren, they seek to kill all the revolutionaries for the heresy they preach. Lead by Legion.

- Revolutionaries: Gods and angels founded and lead by Stab The Dark to quell the City of Sin in the south, they seek nothing more then to change the future for the better, in the name of reformation of the forsaken land, they travel south, purging evil, and spreading the word of the gods.

- Nameless: A faction barely considered so by the outside world, they exist in the far, far north, and preach that Evil will one day take over the world once again, and plunge it into an infinite sea of darkness once more. A group of seers and prophecy concocting mages. Lead by Jorgo.


Evil

- Horde: Known to be increasingly violent and disorganised, this former evil empire has degenerated into groups of raiders and demons grouping together to survive the desert, while killing as many men as possible, and raping as many women as need be.

- Sin City: Much later to be known as Hell's gate, this is where all of the major players are. Death, Mortea, Kolema, Silvara, Brian, all of them. Though they may not agree on all things, betrayals are dealt with swiftly and with absolute lethality.

- Unknowns: An empire, or better defined as a cult who exist in the far north and worship the demons of Ouroboros, as well as the Sin City faction in the south.

Classes/Races


Good

- Immortal: The gods and such of the Good side of things, along with this, you will also have to pick a good faction to go along with it, but be prepared, choosing this class makes your enemies guaranteed to be greater.

- Angel: Just as the name says, this is an Angel, what kind is up to you, you may customize this class to your liking with extra options put into the next post.

- Vanguard: The only good class you can choose without having to pick a faction, you are automatically with the Conformists when picking this class, the rundown of this is that you have been trained extensively to kill Gods and their angels or demons, though you may fall prey to some other beast, who knows?


Evil

- Immortal: The gods and such of the Evil side of things, along with this, you will also have to pick an Evil faction to go along with it, but be prepared, choosing this class makes your enemies guaranteed to be greater.

- Demon: Just as the name says, this is a Demon, what kind is up to you, you may customize this class to your liking with extra options put into the next post.

- Spirit: You use the shift blade to deconstruct and reconstruct your body, able to place it somewhere at will, though you need a shift blade to do so, and might need some further enhancement


Human

- Magi: Just as the name says, this class is used to using magical spells or summons for defense, need to add things to sheet if you use this class, explained in next post.

- Brawler: You are a mix of fighting without the use of magic, you are mixed in all forms of melee, and begin with ranged abilities.

Magic

The base magic types will be choose able for players, and will determine what spells they may learn in game if chosen, any class besides magi can choose not to pick a magic type. The base also gives you a small foundation of magical ability (IE: Starting with fire and being able to produce flames)

- Elemental (Must have further iteration, such as fire, water, earth, etc.)

- Illusionist

- Teleportation

- Alchemy

- Hybrid

- Bolstering

- Healing

- Anatomism

- Blood Magic

Note To All Players

Finished all game components, including classes and the such, as well as decided I will attempt using Requiem story boxes and GoD boxes both, seeing as using one over the other would be a bit bias, and seeing as it's multi-community, I will keep a small story log below this message. Anyway, Requiem, GoD members, feel free to begin making sheets...so without further adieu, I give you Thanataphobia: Origins!

Travelers Log

Day 1
The Revolutionaries mounted an attack on the southern Sin Cities, though it turned to chaos, a lot was learned about the trustworthiness of those 'allies' back home in the Gods Domain. Stab was blessed by the gods seeing as a young human, going by the name of Blizzard, saved him from the wrath of Vanguard Maxxy. Several travelers of evil descent have been recruited to defend Sin City, and reports of Dye being in Horde territory, allied and working with them run rampant.

Class/Race: Demon Succubus, she is a succubus, master of seduction and deception. she is an illusionist, making it possible for others to view her as a human, or an angel, depending on what her target is. She also knows death magic, which is quite broad, from necromancer type magic such as raising the dead or draining their life vampire style... to even the kiss of death where she sucks out their soul to either power herself, or summon later to protect her.

Appearance:A 6 foot tall man, wearing a black and white checkered court jesters outfit, complete, down to the shoes, long silver hair that goes to his waist, he has a black tragedy mask that covers his face, his eyes are a dark crimson, the mask has magically erased him from all records, no one even knows his real name, just that its said hes ancient and that it appears he has a certain aura of pure bad luck surrounding him, this doesn't hamper him in any way, but those around him...
